General Policy

Gupta Stores follows a strict exchange-only policy for most products due to the nature of building materials.

Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided for:
  • Cement
  • Steel rods
  • Hardware items
• Only exchange is allowed, subject to conditions.
• No monetary refund is given under any situation.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange under these conditions:

• Request made within 1 day of purchase or delivery
• Product is unused and in original condition
• Product must be returned to the store by the customer
• Customer bears all return transportation costs

Defective Products

• In case of defective products, exchange may be provided
• Verification is required
• Replacement depends on manufacturer policy and availability

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
• For pending inquiries, cancellation is allowed only before confirmation

Delivery-Related Policy

• Delivery is available within 20 km
• Delivery charges depend on order volume and location
• Delivered items cannot be cancelled
• Exchanges require returning goods to store
